Our little slice of heaven is located on Coker Creek in the Cherokee Nat'l Forest. This beautiful place is perfect for everyone that is wanting to unwind and take in nature and it's tranquility. Our roads are amazing for riding your motorcycle or car trips to our many attractions. We are in the Cherokee Nat'l Forest, with lots of area hiking trails. Or pan for gold in Coker Creek. We now have a New Restaurant on our property!! "The Blue Line Grill" serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Cozy Cabin minutes from Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers

Conveniently located near many rafting companies makes our peaceful cabin the perfect place to stay. This cabin is built to look like a cabin from earlier times. It has such a cozy and warm feel. It offers 1 bedroom with an open loft with 2 beds. The cabin has a front porch with rocking chairs and swing and a back porch as well as a charcoal grill, plastic stacking chairs, 2 wicker chairs with coffee table, and fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped and linens and towels are furnished.

Hiwassee Riverside Retreat

This riverside retreat with majestic mountain views is right on the Hiwasee River! The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. You can trout fish or raft/kayak from the backyard. You can easily visit the nearby campgrounds and park, Amish Market, and take in all that the Gee Creek area has to offer. “On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

Peaceful Retreat, sitting creek-side among the trees and minutes to the pristine waters of the Hiwassee River: you will find this quaint cabin boasting a spacious wrap around deck, private hot tub, BBQ grill, and picnic table. Inside you will find the full kitchen, living room with a gas log fireplace, pull-out couch, dining table, full bathroom, Queen bed and then for those that dont need to be connected WI-FI and TV... Follow the steps down to the creek and private firepit.

Just steps away from enjoying the amazing Hiwassee River! Come enjoy a beautiful cabin with plenty of room to relax inside or outside on the wrap around porch. 3 bedrooms all equipped with queen size beds. The upstairs master has a private full bath. Downstairs bedrooms are jack and jill style with full bath. Twin trundle bed now located in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen to make any or all meals! Washer and dryer available in the washroom beside cabin. **NEWLY ADDED WIFI**

A new tiny house on seven private acres with a stocked pond perfect for fishing! If you’re a true outdoorsy person, the water is spring fed from the same aquifer as Crystal Geyser! Hop in! Sit by the fire pit and roast marshmallows! Have a picnic by the pond after hiking in the Cherokee National Forest or rafting on the Ocoee River! For nightlife there’s nothing better than seeing a band at The Bus Bar! For gun enthusiasts there is a shooting range right up the road.

Goldilocks Cabin on the River

Come stay at the Goldilocks A-Frame Guest Cabin nestled in the woods along the banks of the Ocoee River. This is an A-Frame cabin with an open concept space. Double bed on main floor and the loft has 2 twin beds (if pushed together, they make a king) and a gorgeous view of the Ocoee River. The main floor has a small living room, dining table, kitchenette, bed and spacious bathroom with tile shower. Outside you will have a fire pit and access to the dock and river.
