Studio Lavander with private garden

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Sonja I for 4 persons

Kuća se nalazi 400 metara od mora i pješčane plaže, restorana 200 m, trgovine 100 m. Parkiralište je dostupno uz kuću. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu. Veličina apartmana 45 m2. Apartman ima 2 spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak s kaučem za dodatnu osobu. Svaka spavaća soba ima bračni krevet za 2 osobe. Kupaonica je s tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena hladnjakom, zamrzivačem, mikrovalnom pećnicom. U apartmanu je također dostupan klima uređaj, besplatni wifi i satelitska TV.

Apartman sa pogledom na more, jacuzzi na terasi

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u modernom stilu i terasom je okrenut prema istoku što vam omogućuje prekrasan pogled na izlazak sunca. Terasa sa jacuzijem sa koje se pruža prekrasan pogled na more i planine pružit će vam nezaboravan odmor zbog svoje mirne okoline. Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta vožnje autom, dućan je isto u blizini, kao i nekolicina dobrih restorana. Nudimo mogućnost izleta sa našim gliserom ili mogućnost iznajmljivanja glisera ukoliko posjedujete dozvolu za upravljanjem.

Novouređeni apartman kapaciteta za 4 osobe je moderno opremljen, čine ga spavaća sobe s bračnim krevetom i dodatni bračni krevetom u dnevnom boravku, kuhinja, kupaonica i balkon. Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. Šilo je malo mjesto na istočnoj obali Krka preko puta Crikvenice. Ljeti je gliserom svakodnevno povezan s kopnom.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Studio Mara (24 m2) nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju u mjestu Klimno na otoku Krku. Sa terase se pruža lijepi pogled na more. Kuhinja, blagavaona i dnevni prostor se nalaze u jednoj prostoriji. Krevet je veličine 160x200. Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.

App Heidi - Crikvenica

Novo uređeni stan u Crikvenici udaljen 150 metara od mora nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće s posebni prilazom. Stan je novo renoviran 2023. godine. Sastoji se od prostrane, dobro opremljene kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagovaonom sa stolom za šest osoba. Obje spavaće sobe imaju pogled na more te izlaz na balkon. U kupaoni se nalazi walk in tuš kabina, umivaonik s ormaricem, perilica i wc. Stan ima dva parkirna mjesta te veliko dvorište s roštiljem.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
