You will get an insight into the local culture by reading on the beach or terrace. We have furnished our apartment with love, enthusiasm and hope that you will feel comfortable. Fully equipped studio apartment with a bathroom and an open-plan dining area along with a kitchen and nice terace with natural shadow under olive tree,sea and mountain view.Located on the island Ugljan,in a small village Poljana. Ferry rides every hour from Zadar to Preko - 25min ride. 300m to the first beaches,grocery shop and restaurants. In the area of our house there are a lot of places to relax, to make grill...Guests can use the POOL (shared with other guests),a billard table, sandboxes...

Superb view on sea and sea organ, balcony, parking

Welcome to this studio apartment, with stunning sea view, in the historical center of Zadar. From bed, it's like in a boat! The accommodation is located at the foot of the famous Sea Organ, the Greeting to the Sun, with this incomparable view of the sunset A parking space is reserved for you in front of the building, on the street side The studio is new, soundproofed, with equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC, balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine The comfort of the bed is guaranteed !

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Kuća za odmor Mala - s predivnim dvorištem i vrtom

Kuća za odmor Mala u Preku na otoku Ugljanu pravo je mjesto za bijeg od gradske gužve i užurbanosti. Tu se zaboravljaju problemi, duboko diše, čisto misli i odmara. Kuća je spoj starog i novog, staru smo kuću preuredili, ali ostao je trag prošlosti. Ima dvije terase, koje se koriste kako sunce obasjava dvorište. Jutarnja, zapadna je ona na kojoj se pije kava, a popodnevna sjeverna je za objedovanje. Navečer se možete opustiti uz čašu dobrog vina ili koktela na jednoj od njih.

New modern APT near Old town - private parking

Perfect and cozy space for maximum of 4 people, includes two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and living room space is connected with kitchen and dinning room. Since it's located on the 6th floor, open balcony gives you great opportunity of late night relaxing. Apartment comes with free parking on the property. There's two parking spaces, one outside and one in the garage. Parking space is marked and it's closed for others. Also to note - our household is fully vaccinated.

Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.
