Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und privat auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstrasse mit perfektem Blick nach Manhattan. Es ist architektonisch interessant aus 1906 mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber Julia und Alex haben perfekt kommuniziert. Es war alles sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Staten Island würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.

We have always wanted to stay and so happy we did! We love Asbury and to stay here was perfect. Jaime made sure all our needs were met and more. The mini fridge & the coffee was a perfect touch.. Jaime was proactive to ensure our stay was perfect. We loved everything and will be back. Thank you!

Lazy River was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. The place was extremely beautiful and near the boardwalk, as well as a parking spot which was very convenient. Overall such an excellent stay, would 100% recommend Lazy River’s Rental! Thank you all!

Beautiful place makes you feel like you were transported in time. Very charming decore and there was no attention spared to the detail of that time period. The location is charming. Ronna was extremely nice and makes you feel right at home . Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!
