We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

You ll have a completely indipendent space, which combines the charm of a country location with the convenience of being a few kms from the historic center of Turin and less than an hour from the most intriguing destinations in the region, from Langhe to Roero to Monferrato. Garden, parking space and large equipped outdoor area for exclusive use.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

The suite is located in a very sought after address in Milano. Arco della Pace is a very Lively and green area with a magnificent square overlooking the Sforza Castle through the Sempione's Park. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

Il locale è composto da: cucina ampiamente attrezzata, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli; bagno con ampio box doccia e sanitari. Nell'appartamento la biancheria da bagno e camera da letto è inclusa.

The villa renovated at the end of 2024 to offer modern and comfortable accommodation, is located 150 meters from the lake and the equipped beach of the Lugana lido in a very quiet and green area. Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. La casa è immersa nella natura, adiacente alla casa dei proprietari. E' un open space indipendente con zona notte soppalcata organizzata in due spazi, dotata di angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con tavolo, divano e tv, veranda privata e giardino, con una metratura complessiva di circa 60mq. La casa è pensata per accogliere comodamente 3 persone.

Precious studio apartment next to Ieo hospital

The apartment is located very closed to Ieo hospital (3 bus stops or 20 minutes walking). It has been recently completely renovated and refurnished. It is completely independent and very comfortable. The kitchen is for guests only; and 4 people can fit in it because the sofa bed located under the loft is a double bed. We ask an extra 10 euros for the extra people.
