Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Gode di una splendida vista panoramica sulla valle del taro fino alle montagne liguri. È circondata da boschi di castagni e querce secolari, dista solo 10 minuti di auto da Borgo Val di Taro, il paese principale.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare in spazi ampi, poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Casa immersa nel verde, in Comune di Borzonasca, all'interno del Parco Aveto. Dista circa 20 km da Chiavari e dal mare. Ideale per gli amanti della natura, della privacy e del relax. IMPORTANTE: durante la stagione invernale la casa è riscaldata con caldaia a pellet ubicata nel locale lavanderia che viene gestita da noi. In una delle due stanze si trova un caminetto a pellet e per il suo utilizzo viene richiesto pagamento a parte (consumo del pellet)

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
