"La pause" a été décoré à l'aide d'objets de récupération de notre ancienne ferme. Le calme, la vue et l'espace jardin avec terasse est son point fort. L'appartement est de plein pied au 1er étage. Situé à la croisée des chemins entre : Aix-la-Chapelle(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Intérêt : ballades à pied, à vélo, brasserie artisanale, site minier, abbaye de Val Dieu, le cimetière américain, Valkenburg et Montjoie (Monschau) vallent le détour. Essuis fournis, linge de lit non (supplément).

Unsere geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Umgeben von schöner Natur, Tieren, Weite und Ruhe, möchte man hier gar nicht mehr weg. Ideal zum entdecken des Dreiländerecks, des hohen Venns, der Gileppe, Maastricht, Monschau, Aachen und vielem mehr! Oder einfach nur die Ruhe im "Le Marzelheide" genießen, auf der Terrasse, im Garten, bei den Tieren oder auf einem der vielen schönen Wanderwegen in der Nähe. Wir freuen uns, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Wohnung mit natürlichem Ambiente

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terasse, die genutzt werden kann. Die Wände innen sind mit Lehmstreichputz verputzt, der Fußboden mit Dielenbretter ausgelegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach Aachen, Herzogenrath oder die Niederlande ist in 10-15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Bellerose im Maison de Greunebennet

Das Ferienhaus "Bellerose" im "Maison de Greunebennet" erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Unten ist ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit vollständig eingerichteter offener Küche mit Theke. Der Natursteinboden ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x2,00m), welche man auch zusammenstellen kann, ausgestattet.

Deze tussenwoning maakt deel uit van het woongedeelte van onze boerderij ( melkveebedrijf ) , en is gelegen aan een doodlopende weg met rondom schitterend uitzicht op de omringende weilanden en het unieke 5* heuvellandschap. Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. Hoeve Espewey - apartment in charming farmhouse

On a truly beautiful spot in the hills of the "Pays de Herve" lies our old farmhouse (1850) with 3 nice holiday houses, each with stunning views of surroundings. The spacious apartment is suitable for a stay of 5 to 7 people. The rent is based on a stay of 5 persons. The 6th and 7th person staying (babies do count with us) pays 20 euros per person per night.
