The best feature of the house is it's proximity to the beach, Playa Lagartillo is just 300 metres or a little less from your door. It's peaceful and sourrounded by mango trees and horses in the fields behinnd the house. The house itself is basic but clean. It's not a fancy vacation home, but great for someone looking for cheap super close to a beach. Easy access to Playa Negra and Avellanas, less then 5 mins by car to both. Pleasse note there is no AC.
