Come relax at this recently renovated condo in Luquillo. Located on the 2nd floor of a walk up complex. Purchased as a family getaway, due to many requests from friends and family, I decided to list it on Airbnb so others can experience the beautiful and peaceful town of Luquillo. Located 35 minutes from San Juan airport, steps from Playa Azul, few minutes from the Luquillo kiosks and not far from El Yunque or Bio Bay or the ferry it’s a perfect location to explore the east side of the island.

Beach Lover's Heaven

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

This 10’x16’ self-sufficient tiny house is a unique space on the mountain with everything you need to relax away from home. The views of the National rain forest and coastline are amazing. The Sonadora creek borders the 7.5 acre backyard and can be accessed through several paths in the property. The small kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.
