Bright townhouse with a gorgeous roof terrace that has sea and mountain views *rooftop terrace *inside Alcudia's world heritage walls *10/15 minute walk to the beach Nestled within Alcúdia's ancient walls, Can Frare Petit is a rare find. "S'Embat" is an exceptional house placed on the seafront with views of the bay of Pollensa. The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with products typical of the island of Mallorca.

Nuestro apartamento Clavells está ubicado en segunda linea del mar, a escasos 100 metros de la playa, dispone de una grandísima terraza con vistas parciales al mar y a la playa, que hacen único a este apartamento. El apartamento Clavells está totalmente reformado con suelos de parquet, completamente amueblado y equipado para su disfrute y el de su familia, nuestro apartamento está situado en el segundo piso del edificio 'Clavells', no disponemos de ascensor.

IMPORTANT: ADULTS ONLY Exclusive appartment for 6 people belonging to the agrotourism "Sa Talaia Blanca". It is distributed on two floors with two terraces overlooking the sea and the mountains. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. The house is situated on a rural plot on the coast of the north of Mallorca. Specifically in Muro, very close (4 km) to the tourist centre of Can Picafort and the famous beach of "es Capellans".

En la zona más tranquila de esta encantadora aldea turística, antiguo pueblo de pescadores, muy cerca de la playa del centro. La mejor zona de Mallorca sin dudarlo, una preciosa playa de arena blanca de unos 5 km de largo y un paseo marítimo de unos 4 km con muchos restaurantes. A pocos metros del parque natural de S’Albufera Rodeado de Pinar, arena y playa. Perfecto para practicar deporte, ciclismo, natación, deportes náuticos, etc

Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.
