One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

The Legacy Stone House

The most unique stay in Winterset! Legacy Stone House AirBnB is a historic residence located one mile east of Winterset, Iowa. Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area.
