Excellent location accurately described in the listing. Quiet and peaceful sleeping. Loved the bedroom with window looking towards College Green Park. Comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Kitchen is clean and suitable for making meals. No dishwasher but double sink is set up nicely with drying rack on one side so no problem there. Laundry was easy and free. Location is great, easy walking distance to Film Scene, New Pioneer Coop, and all the downtown restaurants, shops, and venues. Internet was good. TV has basic package with some on demand movies, watching Hoosiers was fun. Option to sign-in to personal Netflix but never got around to it. Table in the kitchen good for meals and as a work space. Comfortable living room furniture. Shower and sink had good water pressure and hot water didn’t take long at all. Great AirBnB and a very nice and accommodating host. Thank you.

Great location, very walkable to restaurants etc. nicely kept place. I’d definitely stay here again. Only potential negatives: -some road/outside noise due to location (earplugs and sound machines available/provided) -parking in nearby garage is a little walk from the building. About a block.

Even better than pictures. Loved all the movie memorabilia and 50's decor. Windows overlooking town were fantastic. Our stay in Osage could not of been better. I would highly recommend.

Makayla helped me out in a last minute situation due to a family member being ill. I didn't try to reserve her place until around 6pm the night of but she still made it work. It helped me out tremendously. I appreciate the small town hospitality.

This location was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful. It was clean. It was safe. It was centrally located near everything I could not have asked for anything more. The host was very responsive. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be back.

The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! Ciara had a very detailed instruction book (with pictures) to help navigate all of the remotes, thermostats etc. We found that super helpful. When I did have a question she was very prompt to respond.

My group and I had the best weekend at Hawkeye haven!! We loved the amount of activities and games they have provided to keep you and your group entertained! The deck and fireplace were definitely key to enjoy the beautiful weather, and the close walk to Fareway was very convenient. Rj & Hope are very responsive and awesome hosts, I highly highly recommend! Very cool spot for a small gathering or a getaway, and the interior details are adorable!

This place was perfect for our family when we went to Dubuque for a wedding. It was spacious and comfortable for 3 adult couples and 2 kids.

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable home! Amber was an amazing host, making us feel right at home and even providing delicious snacks. This is our second year staying here, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is so convenient, just a short distance from the Mid-America Center/Arena. Everything about the house is perfect, and we truly look forward to returning next year! Highly recommend! 😊

We were in town for our brother in laws celebration of life. The service was scheduled for the same weekend as the Drake Relays. We were very happy to find this home that fit us and our large family perfectly. The location close to downtown was perfect, the only downfall was being on an extremely busy street that was loud at times. We arrived late so it was dark and had trouble gett6the front door open, but Elijah had provided the garage door code which worked perfectly. The home was spotless and appeared just as advertised. The lower level was perfect for our adult children to relax and enjoy each other's company. The only issue we had was minor, Elijah responded and rectified the problem quickly. Check out was very easy as well.
