We had a great time at Salma’s cabin! Everything was accurately depicted in the photos and between the included games and the hot tub we were able to spend an entire day just at the cabin. The location is excellent, you’re able to feel secluded but still close enough to Traverse City that you can run to town to grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. It’s a perfect location for checking out the city or exploring the wineries. Check in was easy and Salma was available should we have needed anything!

The cottage was great, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful location right on the river. It was clear that our host has put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring that guests enjoy their stay and we did. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Linda's place was everything we could have wanted and more. It was the perfect cozy cabin, so close to our planned activities, nice and quiet/peaceful, and well stocked with anything we could need. Linda was very understanding and a great host. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!!

I would definitely book again!!! The hosts were all so accommodating and very fast acting if we needed anything! So kind so friendly and for that reason alone I will tell everyone about this beautiful spot! My friends and I enjoyed our weekend so much I don’t have enough great things to say about the place! My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful and the house was very clean. The owner went above and beyond when I mentioned I couldn't find charcoal for the grill. They surprised us by dropping it off that day. What caring hosts! I was very impressed! They also had PLENTY of supplies for us (toilet paper, paper plates, detergent, hand soap, kleenex...etc) This isn't always the case with rental properties. My kids and I enjoyed the welcome snacks. They were fun surprises. The only thing I would mention is the shower is very small (as described in the property). I had a tough time shaving and brushing my hair in there. There is also no disposal or dishwasher. These were not listed in the amenities so this is no fault of the owner. It's just something I didn't think to look for in the property description. I will know to watch for it in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We love the location and used this as a home base to explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire, Leland, Traverse City and Boyne Mountain. The house was exactly what we needed! Everything was wonderful and they had everything we could need. Any time we had a question she responded quickly. I would absolutely recommend staying here and believe we will be back!

Jake's place was clean and comfortable. it is a good spot to stay if you're exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the surrounding attractions.

This is a gem!! Loved our stay. Perfect location to wineries, restaurants, shopping, and beach! Great farm and open areas to walk our dogs. Definitely will be back!!

This was our first repeat Airbnb experience, we enjoyed Laurie’s place that much! It’s peaceful and the lake is lovely, no matter the time of year. Close to Short’s brewing and Schuss mountain, not far from Boyne, it’s quiet but still well located to have a great up north adventure. It’s also well stocked with toys and books, which is a great plus for our family! And Laurie is super responsive and kind. We might stay a third time!

Great spot, exactly what we needed! It’s small and cozy, in a quiet area 10-15 minutes drive from anything you need. Smooth check in, clean spot, had whatever amenities you could think of. One thing: If you are taller than me (6’4) you may have some trouble with the bathroom. I made it work but were I an inch taller I wouldn’t have been able to fit for certain activities 😂

The cottage was nice and cozy and we had a wonderful time and our pup loved it too! Close to everything and very convenient. Nikki, the host, was wonderful and we had a wonderful stay!

Nice spot. Good location. King sized bed in bedroom. Could’ve slept sideways and still had room for legs. I slept the regular way. Badminton in back yard. Winery in front yard. Sangria with lots of blueberries. Hiked the big sand dune and watched Dazed and Confused on the TV. Ben Affleck is still grumpy after all these years.

This was such an amazing cottage! Everything is so well appointed and it is very comfortable. This cottage has anything you would need. The owner has thought of everything. The bed was very comfortable, wifi worked well, and the clean up instructions were clear and easy. We can't say enough great things about this cottage and host! One of the best vacations we have had. I would love to stay here again! Thank you Carolyn for sharing this amazing place with us!

Beautiful peaceful place , private and easy to find , clean, neat . I loved it only suggestions is bring spray for the nats inside they were annoying it was better sitting outside no bug problems. Lol 😆 🤣

Great little cottage, when the dock gets removed/replaced/repaired,this place will be a fisherman’s dream. Very comfortable, perfect location for our two man fishing trip. Close to boat launch, and easy to get out of town to other spots too. Drive is a little tight to back in with boat, but ally directly across from drive helps a lot. Beautiful views ALL day long! 20th yearly fishing trip to Manistee, and this was my favorite stay, we’ll be back here again if available for our schedule next year.
