Sie bietet 160 m² Wohnfläche, 4 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit eigenem Waschbecken & Balkon), 2 Bäder mit Dusche, Bidet & WC und eine große Küche zum gemütlichen Beisammensein mit Spülmaschine, Backrohr, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, SAT-TV & WLAN. 2 weitere WCs befinden sich im Treppenhaus zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den Gästen aus den anderen Ferienwohnungen in unserem Haus.

Das Natur.Appartement 'LÄRCHE' liegt im ersten Stock des Holzhauses inmitten unserer grünen Wiese. Es besteht aus zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern. Auf dem gemütlichen Süd-Balkon mit seinen Lounge-Sesseln und der Hängematte genießt ihr einen wunderbaren Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Berggipfel. Das Holzhaus wurde aus dem Holz des eigenen Waldes nachhaltig und mit Liebe gefertigt und erhielt einen Holzbaupreis.
