NEW MODERN☆☆☆☆ VILLA POLEI WITH POOL IN PULA ISTRA

Samostojeća, nova prizemnica 2020-te godine ograđena i okružena zelenilom i maslinama, sa bazenom. Mirno naselje, u blizini park šume ( trim staza, bicikla), blizina centra 3.5 km, besplatan parking ispred samog objekta, besplatno korištenje interneta...Kuca se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe ( bračni krevet) svaka sa svojim kupatilom, unutarnje i vanjske kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa kaučem na razvlačenje (bračni krevet), velikom natkrivenom terasom, ostavom sa mašinom za pranje rublja, te mali wc.

Moderna vila Gabriel nalazi se 300 m od plaže na savršenoj lokaciji.U prizemlju se nalazi otvoreni dnevni boravak,blagovaonica,opremljena kuhinja i kupaonica.Namještaj je visoke kvalitete i opuštajućeg efekta.Iz ugodne dnevne sobe možete uživati u pogledu na bazen i izaći na terasu sa stolom za objed i roštiljem. Na prvom katu su dvije spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama.Vila je potpuno klimatizirana te ima privatno parkirno mjesto i pristup internetu.Savršen izbor za odmor.

Villa near beach with 12 meters long heated pool

Villa udaljena 500 metara od plaže, pješačka udaljenost do restorana, barova, trgovine, pekare, teretane, crkve. Na raspolaganju vam je grijani bazen 12 metara dužine (grijanje uz doplatu) , prekrasan prostor sa 5 klimatiziranih spavaćih soba (jedna u prizemlju) i 4 kupatila, zabava uz ogroman 65" Tv i vanjski projektor sa TV boxom, trampolin, koš. Villa je pažljivo namještena , te je velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Pogodna za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju .

Black & White

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.
