Take it easy at this tropical and peaceful getaway with a private pool where is only for the guest staying at the house. The house is 5 minutes away from many beaches like La Pared Beach, Playa Azul, Costa Azul Beach, Balneario La Monserrate Luquillo and Northeast Ecological Corridor. 10 minutes away from Bioluminescent Bay and Seaven Seas Beach in Fajardo. Located in a secure and private community with security, Casa Heliconia offer entire house with parking area up to 3 cars. Three Bedroom Condo located on the beach. Spacious and comfortable 9th floor apartment with beautiful views facing the ocean. The apartment's balcony offers a perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sunrise. Note: As of now covid 19 tests and vaccination cards are not required for booking. We ask that guests observe and follow check-in procedures and policies, as there are policies and guidelines we also have to comply with this being a residential condo.

This amazing PrivateStudio is all you need to have a great time on the east side of Puerto Rico. Located in Luquillo PR between El Yunque National Rainforest and our lovely Playa Azul beach. Is located just 1 minutes to the beach. Open concept Private Studio but very cozy. 2nd floor, only 18 stairs. There are a lot of fun activities to do nearby with your family, horse back riding, ATV, Go Carts, excellent restaurants, bank, pharmacy and supermarket. ENJOY IT.
