The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. La casa di circa 80 mq. si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra si trova un ampio ingresso da cui si accede al salotto con camino e la cucina. Al piano primo si trovano 2 camere con il letto doppio ed un bagno. Una camera offre la possibilita' di trasformare il letto doppio in due letti singoli. Chi e' interessato deve informare in anticipo. La casa ha un giardino privato. La casa è accessoriata di tutto il necessario. La casa non ha parti a comune con altri ospiti tranne il parcheggio auto.

Ideale per vivere la città e la Toscana.A 50 metri si trova a pagamento il Parcheggio Misericordia ; più distante gratuito il P. Cellini. La stazione ferroviaria dista pochi minuti a piedi .

L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di un edificio posto nel centro di Chiesina Uzzanese, cittadina situata nel centro della Toscana. Data la sua posizione (casello A11), è ottimale per visitare città come Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini, Pescia - Collodi, Pistoia, Viareggio - Torre del Lago Puccini, Pontedera (Museo Piaggio), Montecarlo, Lajatico (Bocelli), oltre a siti naturalistici come il Padule di Fucecchio e il lago di Sibolla. In Chiesina vi sono buoni ristoranti e negozi tipici.

L' appartamento è una porzione indipendente del casale, con ingresso separato e tutte le comodità necessarie. È situato in una zona rurale, circondata da boschi e colline, e offre un'atmosfera rilassante a contatto con la natura. La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa ma ne vale la pena!
