Appartamento Fedora a 100 metri dal mare

A 100 meters from the sea, large and bright open space flat, carefully furnished in Tuscan style. It features a large terrace perfect for summer dinners and bbq. It's only 15 minutes from Pisa and is located in the main street of Marina di Pisa, therefore you can find all the main services within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post offices, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. The apartment is great for working remotely, a desk can be added and the wifi is very fast.

It is located in the heart of the city (city centre) and close to the main streets (Lungarno, Borgo, Corso Italia etc.) Trains and Bus Station are 100 meters away from the apartment and Galileo Galilei International Airport is 5 mins by bus. Welcome to MY apartment! This cozy apartment with the latest renovation and furniture and Fiber internet is located in the center of Pisa in a quiet square with a park and parking on the 0 floor. Pisa's attractions (from 2 min), the university (from 5 min), the train station (15 min) and the airport (30 min) are within walking distance! You can also get there by public transport and by car without entry restrictions. Also nearby are parks, shops, restaurants, bars, museums, playgrounds ect.

Nel cuore del centro storico zona tranquilla ZTL. 90 mq interamente a piano terra senza scale. Ottime rifiniture. WiFi ,3 smart TV ,aria condizionata inverter per ogni ambiente.Fino a 4 ospiti. A breve distanza dalla bellissima piazza dei "Miracoli" e dalla torre di Pisa (3,5KM), a 100m dall'ospedale Cisanello e dal C.N.R.. Da Marina di Pisa dista 15 km. Posizione favorita per chi arriva dall'Autostrada, Superstrada FI-PI-LI e dall'Aeroporto. Per raggiungere la Stazione Ferroviaria e Aeroporto navetta veloce (LAM BLU)/Autobus 13 con fermata (PARADISA1) di fianco al condominio. Un luogo curato in ogni dettaglio ideale per il Vostro soggiorno, ottimo per coppie/famiglie.
