This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!
