Welcome to this amazing Mid-century home available for the first time in 70 years only on Airbnb! The home was purchased from the original owner the Splane family built in 1955. In 2021 after purchase the home underwent an extensive two-year-long renovation to update but maintain the original charm. Located in the Harold Bell Wright Historic neighborhood one of Tucson's hidden gems. It has four bedrooms and two bath on a 1 acre private lot easily accommodate a group of 8! Great for longer stays!

Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. If booked, other listings may be available: Quail Crossing Casita or the Bird's Nest Glamper.

Central and Stylish Midcentury Pool House

Our beautiful adobe pool house is a Tucson gem. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace, and stylish modern furnishings with large windows looking out to trees and sparkling pool. Vaulted ceilings and natural light make for a restful space. Located in historic Jefferson Park, it’s a midtown oasis close to the UofA and two blocks from the UMC/Banner Medical Center. Cozy hideaway cottage in historic Ajo

Stay in a cozy, very private, window filled 500 sq. ft. hideaway cottage that is located on the property of a historic Ajo home. Ranch Guest House

Newly renovated, beautiful and self contained casita on a 4 acre retired, rustic horse ranch. Completely private and quiet. A long driveway leads to a detached casita which is on the opposite side of the main home at the back of the property. Desert & mountain views. Dining area, living room, full kitchen, large bedroom , full bath, and private porch and side grassy yard with views. Shopping, restaurants, and recreation nearby. Perfect place to start an adventure.

Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

This unique, spacious, updated & authentic adobe is located in the historic Barrio Viejo of Tucson, nestled between downtown and Five Points. This desert Adobe has been abandoned since the 1970’s, but is now revitalized with new amenities, exposing the beautiful adobe walls and preserving the original ceilings. Saguaro Courtyard Retreat near National Park

If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
