An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is gorgeous! My husband had no trouble working remotely on the wifi. The kids loved all the animals, as we anticipated. The coastline is low energy so super safe for the kids. We had a wonderful week and I would recommend it to anyone. Karin was friendly and available to address issues/questions. My only critique is that the dogs barked some in the night. Ask her for the one page of info about local sites. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Am stat 4 zile in aprilie ,proprietatea foarte dotată si curată ,curte cu gazon ,liniște.. ne am simtit minunat,gazda foarte comunicativ si prietenos ...eu si famili mea voi reveni oricand cu placere ..nota 10 +++

We had a 2-week stay at the Karen's cozy place. It was very close to the beach, in a private neighborhood that was safe, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, had large free parking nearby, was fully renovated, and was equipped with all amenities needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, coffee machine, toaster, frappe maker, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, multiple A/Cs, TV, comfortable beds, towels, and even beach umbrellas and sun loungers. The host was very helpful with every question and was in touch with us whenever needed. So it is a perfect option for long and a short stay if you want to enjoy your rest perfectly. Afrodite, her husband and her parents are all so nice, every morning they say calimera and smile. Although speaking with them english was a bit hard we understood them and they were very nice and lovely. we enjoyed the yard and the silence at the area with just a few minutes walk to the beach. we had so much fun and had a very nice time there.

We stayed at both Xrysa's apartments and we were thrilled with everything. The location, the apartment with perfect backyard and amazing host. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy Nikiti.

Andrea, çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev, fotoğraftakilerden daha güzeldi. Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok zevkli döşenmişti. Andrea, gelmeden önce bizimle iletişime geçtiği için hiç zorluk çekmedik. Evde çok güzel bir dosya hazırlamıştı , çevre ile ilgili bilgiler yer alıyordu. Evin bulunduğu yer çok huzurlu, sakin ve merkezi bir yerdeydi. Çok yakınında çok güzel bir kumsal bulunuyordu.Restorant ve market yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gerçekten kaldığımız süre boyunca çok keyif aldık. Bir daha Halkidiki’ye gelsem kesin yine burayı tercih ederim. Mutlaka gelin ve bu güzel taş evde keyifli zamanlar geçirin! Sithonia da genel olarak huzurlu ve sakin bir yer. Thanks Andrea for everything 🙏

This is our second time in Villa Kappa, and it was just as good as the first time! The place is located in the quiet area of Nikiti where there are a lot of private houses so it’s more serene and authentic experience. The apartment is in a beautiful garden with all the needed amenities and is an easy 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. It is very clean and specious and can easily accommodate a family with a couple of kids. Konstantinos and his parents are very welcoming and are always there to assist if needed, so we felt right at home! We highly recommend the place to all those looking for a quiet and peaceful time in Nikiti with close access to the beach. We will definitely come again when back in Nikiti!

Stavros went above and beyond our expectations! Very friendly and easy to get along with host. During the check in, first thing you will certainly notice is how spotless the villa is. Not to mention all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we were provided with. And by that I don’t mean the average host supplies like a soap and toilet paper, I mean everything! We even had a first aid kit in the bathroom. On top of Stavros warm greeting, the little gifts like a fridge half full of water, bottles of wine and jars of jam (local production) made us feel even more welcomed. Stavros was very kind to recommend us various beaches and places to eat that he considers the best by sending us a map with pins of the exact locations plus internet links of each spot. Throughout our stay he reached out multiple times to check on us if we need anything which was very kind of him. Thank you, Stavros! That’s how it’s done. It was a true pleasure staying at your villa!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oksana’s stunning apartment! Oksana has clearly thought of everything, making our vacation smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The place has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. Not to mention - a gorgeous sea view from a large and comfy balcony (a favourite spot for my family for 21 days). The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was spotless and cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect & relaxing vacation spot! Το σπιτι βρισκεται σε μια πολυ καλη περιοχη οπου ειναι ησυχα και γαληνια. Το σπιτι ηταν πανεμορφο και πεντακαθαρο, δεν εχουμε λογια! Μεσα στο σπιτι εχει οτι χρειαζεστε!! Ο κ. Θωμας μας εδωσε πληροφοριες για το σπιτι, ευγενεστατος και ηταν εκει σε οτι κι αν χρειαζομασταν!! Ανυπομονουμε να ξανα ερθουμε!!
