Our experience was truly out of a fairytale. The pictures don’t do the location justice. Everything was clean and Holly was so responsive and kind. I can understand why people don’t want to leave after check in but we so enjoyed hiking, trail riding, and walking g around downtown Brevard. Truly a dream get away if you love nature and small town America vibes.

Heron's Roost is a lovely lakeside getaway on beautiful grounds. San and Karl greeted us upon arrival and made sure we knew where everything was for our outdoor adventures. Inside, we found the basement apartment immaculate and having a wonderful vintage vibe. Three sliding doors provide a full view of the outdoor beauty. San and Karl put some breakfast items in the fridge for us as well as a bottle of milk and instant oatmeal. We always appreciate this kind of thoughtfulness. The large built-in bookshelves hold an extensive and eclectic library along with the coolest Dart Board I've ever seen. We enjoyed fishing off the private dock in early mornings and evenings. We easily caught Blue Gill, Brim, Smallmouth Bass, and Catfish (bring worms). And, of course, we played Darts well after bedtime. We never turned on the TV. San and Karl are lovely, interesting, and respectful hosts. We hope to stay here and spend time with them again.

We were extremely pleased the moment we walked into the unit. Beautiful inside, room for everyone, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, super quiet and peaceful. The coffee bar and water fridge was stocked, assorted munchie basket and the quality bathroom towels were the added touches that a lot of previous Airbnbs have missed. The hosts were kind and proactive and we did not need one thing. My adult kids sat down for chess and that was the bonding time we’ve been wanting to have. The patio/balcony provided the best coffee and cocktail time. My favorite place 💜🧡 GO TIGERS

Such a great weekend getaway! Quiet and serene but also close to Clemson where it would be great to stay with family for a game. Will definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house was perfect, the views spectacular, the boat dock and beach area offered easy entry into the warm water, and the sunsets were picture perfect. If I had questions (which I did) they were quick to help me out. Their team was accommodating and responsive. My guest enjoyed the full extent of the amenities offered. Everyone raved about the place and no one wanted to leave. We liked the place so much, we booked a return visit next year. Thank you Chris, Darieann, and Dave for the wonderful hospitality! We were treated like royalty.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house on Lake Keowee during the week of Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!!! Only a 15 min. ride if you’re a Clemson fan!🧡

We had the best time at Kelly’s place for our family friends’ getaway! 4 adults and 4 little ones (including two toddlers and a baby) stayed comfortably. The master bedrooms were great for pack 'n plays-one fit perfectly in the upstairs closet, and the basement master had a cozy spot near the washer/dryer, great for naps. The kids loved the playroom with toys, a play rug, and bunk beds. The living room was huge and uncluttered, great for all hanging out and letting the little ones play safely. We loved the beautiful back deck with outdoor seating and water views. Being right on the water with a private dock was a huge plus, and renting a boat from Clemson Marina (just 12 minutes away) made for an awesome lake day. The big, gated backyard gave the kids lots of space to run around safely. Everything was super clean, and Kelly was a wonderful host. Plus, it’s very close to Clemson! We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay. Thank you, Kelly, for a fantastic experience!

Nancy place was beautiful. She was very friendly. It was peaceful and quiet. Just what I needed for my pre-birthday shenanigans!

The unit we stayed in was very unique. We loved being up in the treetops and seeing the goats grazing down below. Wish we had had time to kayak or canoe on the river with the provided boats. All in all, we had a great time in a fun and surprising location. We'll done Thomas!

Great property!! Everything inside was brand new and well decorated. VIew of the lake and all the amenities inside Keowee Key are available (tennis, golf, boating). Easy 30 minutes to Clemson. Highly recommend!!

We can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was! From the beautiful surroundings, lovely furnishings, and exceptional cleanliness, it was just about perfect. For our "sisters birthday getaway", it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return to this property. Minor suggestion - a pitcher for making tea, more kitchen cup towels and some Kleenex would be nice. : )

My husband and I stayed at the Lake side Keowee Condo the last week of August. The condo looks exactly like to pictures. Kitchen was beautiful and had all that you would need. There are 2 master bedrooms. One is an ensuite with sliding doors to a small balcony that had a table and chairs. You could see the lake from the balcony . We would have breakfast out here in the morning. The living room had beautiful bay windows which also had lake view. There is a large cabinet in the living room that was stocked with games. The living room also has 2 sets of bunk beds that were like Murphy beds and folded up. We were only 2 people but condo could easily accommodate 10 people. You could walk to the pool but the beach you needed to drive to. Keowee Key is a beautiful community. It was very quiet the week we were there but we were fine with that as we were looking for peaceful few days. We did not play golf but course looked beautiful. There is also a restaurant on property

Perfect place to stay for a Mom's weekend visiting our Clemson students! We enjoyed the dock and the pool and it was an easy 10 minute drive to downtown and campus. Great place and Go Tigers!
