Io e Peach, la mia piccola maltese, vi ospitiamo in una dependance privata con accesso da un giardino tranquillo e riparato dal rumore della strada. Molti ospiti lo vivono come un piccolo angolo segreto di relax nel cuore del quartiere Flaminio. Lo spazio è compatto, indipendente e pensato per due persone, lontano dal caos del centro storico ma ben collegato. Il design moderno e l'atmosfera raccolto lo rendono più simile a un piccolo studio contemporaneo che a un appartamento tradizionale.

Chambre privée de charme avec salle de bain indépendante. Chambre collée à l'appartement de l hôte, sans parties communes. Plein centre de Rome, Piazza del Popolo, 4eme étage avec ascenseur. La chambre donne sur une cours interne calme, environ 15 m2 avec canapé lit (matelas de qualité 140cm très confortable), salle de bain privative, AC, TV, frigo. Acces sur demande au balcon de l hote. Monuments accessibles 15 min à pieds, boutiques, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100m.

1 minute from Piazza Navona on the 3d floor of a historic Palazzo (16th century) waits for you a bright, quiet room with king-size double bed and private bathroom. Guests have complete privacy. No elevator, no television, no kitchen. Note on reason of Corona /Covid-19: our Bed&Breakfast has the same characteristics of a hotel accommodation. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

Quartiere tranquillo, residenziale a poca distanza a piedi da uno dei parchi più belli della città e dalle mura della città antica. Ben collegato ai principali siti di interesse artistico e storico con numerosi mezzi di trasporto pubblico di superficie. La sistemazione consente di trovarsi vicini al centro storico ma lontani da folla e rumori. Il quartiere, oltre a contare cinque importanti musei, offre molte occasioni per apprezzare la cucina locale.

The room is furnished with shabby white wooden furniture, including a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattresses, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a work corner with a large Provence-style desk and wardrobe. Attached to the room is a private bathroom, echoing the colors of the sea, equipped with a ceramic sink, shower, sanitary fixtures, personal hygiene soaps, hairdryer, slippers, and towels.

Home by the Dome

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

Il bagno è attrezzato con doccia, bidet, saponi, asciugacapelli, carta igienica e asciugamani di varie dimensioni disponibili per ogni persona.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
