For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Agriturismo family friendly! The once farmhouse has just been restored, sunny and spacious, large garden and swimming pool for our guests. The swimming pool is open from May 5th, closes in October. It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchens wi-fi, parking on premises. Great place for kids and nature lovers, within the National Park of Appennines. The apartment, of ancient construction has been recently refurbished trying to keep the feelings of the past mixing tradition with design. It is located in the ancient village of Sambuca, a village perched around the Church of San Pantaleone, built on black cliffs overhanging the river Serchio. You can relax and recharge your energy.

Le Macine è un vecchio mulino ristrutturato situato all'interno di un allevamento ittico a Villa Collemandina sulle rive del fiume Corfino,luogo isolato immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la pace. La casa indipendente di circa 80 metri quadri è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano e TV,2 camere e bagno con vasca. All'esterno troviamo numerosi spazi aperti,zona barbecue,veranda con tavolino e forno a legna.

Facilmente raggiungibile in treno in quanto alloggio è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Villetta San Romano. A piedi per chi percorre via Vandelli. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie che vogliono partecipare ad eventi locali come i concerti alla Fortezza di Mont'Alfonso o nelle vicinanze come Lucca Comics & Games.
