Whether for summer days at the beach or for a cosy winter stay with our heated swim spa, it has everything for a 1 or 2 x family stay, a romantic getaway or a weekend away with friends or pets all year round. Red Rocks is also the best base on Phillip Island - literally across the road to the beach and bush trails, while only 5-10 mins by car to the Penguins, the Surf beaches and the Race Track. Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Surrounded by five acres, Breyleigh House boasts 270-degree views of French Island, Westernport Bay, Phillip Island, Cape Woolamai and Bass Strait all the way around to Kilcunda. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the house's atrium. Four bedrooms sleep up to twelve guests. The house offers three bathrooms and two lounge areas. Unwind in the sauna or play on the table tennis table or private tennis court. Dip in the small indoor pool 4m x 2m (it is NOT a spa). The perfect luxury getaway.

Our Pods have been hand built into a bespoke design for couples or friends alike. A fantastic way to camp comfortably, these Pods are fully furnished with an ensuite and contain a queen size bed, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, TV, patio furniture and bathroom. Please note, this Glamping Pod is situated in a quiet Holiday Park in Wonthaggi. This means you'll be able to use some great facilities, free of charge including: BBQ, camp kitchen and an indoor heated pool!

Island View Studio- Romantic getaway for couples

Island View Studio is a free standing Balinese influenced studio of approx 60 sq metres with full width bi fold doors opening to a 40 sq metre deck with BBQ and outddoor furniture , views to Phillip Island and overlooking the private in ground pool. The Studio is set on 3 acres at the end of a quiet country lane in rural surrounds and is the only guest accommodation on the property and has its own separate driveway. STRICTLY ADULTS ONLY . NO PETS.
