Be prepared... this space is a absolute vibe. This recently renovated 1bd apartment is in the heart of Historical Germantown. When you enter, feel the space &energy open from the moment you walk up the stairs.You are greeted w/ a clean private master bedroom@ the top to the right( incl. Bath) To the left, you'll find W& D, Kitchen and Living room is flooded w/ natural sunlight from bay windows. Peaceful nook that can easily be converted into a reading/ play area for toddlers/ sectional for pet.

Family Friendly In-Law Suite with Laundry

There is a 1 day preparation time between each guests for cleaning & disinfecting purposes, in this fully furnished in-law suite with many amenities including a Washer, Dryer and a Neck, Back Massage Chair Pad. This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

Welcome to our newly renovated, cozy home right in the heart of Fishtown, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are in walking distance of many restaurants and pubs, with some right on our corners. Public transportation will get you into the city easily with the 25 bus running right down our street. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen and small back yard. Perfect for families, couples of up to 6 guests.

Roof Deck! 3 Bdrm, 3 ba, Prime Location!

5-Star Charming Philly Townhouse in Museum Area

A traditional rowhouse on a small quiet street, yet only a quick walk to Philadelphia's famous museums and Boathouse Row, Kelly Drive for biking, running and walking, Fairmount Park, and only a little further to Whole Foods, Eastern State Penitentiary and Center City. Great restaurants close by and public transit with 4 bus lines within a block. Two fixie bikes for riding the beautiful Schuylkill River drives and for quick trips into Center City.
