Lovely Unique Beachfront Cottage

Stay right on wonderful Pett Level Beach in one of the original Coastguard's cottages, with direct access from the garden straight onto the sand. Recently modernised, the cottage has a super stylish open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and living areas and wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and sea view, the other can be made up either as a kingsize or as two single beds. Flexible space perfect for families or friends. A rare, stunning property.

Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Self-contained, ground floor studio with king-size bed, plenty of storage, en-suite, kitchen and living area. French doors open onto an oasis-like garden. Outside, covered seating area, lit at night. Parking. Two minutes walk to Camber beach. 5 minutes by car to ancient town of Rye. Close to bike paths, wind surfing, kite surfing and sailing. Perfect for a quiet couple’s getaway, action-packed break or to explore glorious Sussex-by-the-Sea, all seasons. Owners on site. Cockapoo/pure white cat.

Tiny home with stunning views on 150 acres

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. Maylea, lovingly renovated self contained holiday let in a beautiful rural area. Positioned on the second highest spot in Sussex within easy driving distance to many fabulous locations. The perfect escape for peace and quiet or maybe a glass of something in the kitchen whilst cooking on the Range. The house is a cosy retreat with endless supply of logs. Pets are welcome. First and Foremost Maylea is a Wonderful family home, Rich in timeless memories of fun, laughter and great times together.

Large airy lounge/diner with double pull out sofa bed. Sky tv, Wii games console and internet (Sky Superfast). Shared large patio and exclusive smaller patio with table chairs. Large garden with swings for toddlers and younger children. Footballs etc. available. Gate leading to canal with beautiful walks.

Delightful hideaway in Rye

Situated in the heart of the idyllic town of Rye, this property is the perfect refuge from the stress of everyday life. As soon as you walk through the door it feels like home. Pool Cottage, retreat near London and the coast.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples.Pool is attached to the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time. Cottage is attached to 16th century Farm House but has a separate gate and private entrance and garden, independent from the house. Rural yet close to main town, London, beautiful Kent and Sussex country side and the coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We also have dogs and bees, country life!
