A fully furnished, private flat adjoining the main house in leafy Canning Vale - a suburb of Perth. It has a separate entrance. The living area is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. There is easy access to shops. It's conveniently located just meters way from a bus stop. (20723 (stop) can be entered into the Transperth website.) This bus route goes directly to Murdoch train station.
