New comfortable apartment in city center SANDRA

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) Size of the apartment 70m2, two rooms with two beds 120/200, air conditioned wifi unlimited. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The easiest way to go to the beach is, I recommend a 2 min. Bus stop that takes you to the beautiful beach for 10 minutes. Leave the car free at the parking lot below the balcon. Super market 3min walk an traditional Istrian cuisine restaurants 5 min walking distance!

Oase nah am Meer mit eigenem Pool in Lovran_1

Unser Haus verfügt über 3 im Jahr 2017 sanierte vollklimatisierte 4* Apartments, Pool und einen großen Gartenbereich den jeder nutzen kann. Bis zum Meer sind es 7 Gehminuten, in das Örtchen Ika 10 Gehminuten und in den Stadtkern von Lovran 15 Gehminuten. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die nächst größere Stadt, Opatija, erreicht man über Franz-Josef-Weg am Meer entlang in 6 km oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof.

Dovedite cijelu obitelj u ovaj sjajan smještaj . Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , 2 wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... U cijeni je uračunato : voda , struja , plin , internet , posteljina ( plahte , jastučnice ) , ručnici , bicikle i boravišna pristojba .

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

2 QUIET GREEN OASIS IN THE CENTER

A comfortable clean apartment for up to 3 guests in our family house-1st floor, sorrounded with a peaceful mediterranean garden 5 min walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, church, bus. Helpful hosts, tourist tax included.
