What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Dünbar!

Czyste, przestronne mieszkanie. Super gospodarz. Brakowało suszarki, a miała być. Po zgloszeniu gospodarz zamówił suszarkę, którą dostarczył kurier. Świętna obsługa. Polecam.

Great villa with an absolutely fantastic view from the garden (and pool) and very good service (with a personal touch). We have been in this area many times but this was one of our favorite villa’s so far.

Alexandro’s place was fantastic! Its location was great, with easy access to Protaras and Ayia Napa, local beaches nearby too! The 9 of us went out to Cyprus for our friend’s wedding, so we made it into a 4 night holiday and I couldn’t recommend the villa, location and Alexandro’s as well as Ann’s support enough. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and supported in best way they can, recommending things to do, transport and on hand for anything else. Superb hosts and would stay there again!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Upea ja viihtyisä kohde! Vietimme mukavan viikon ystävieni kanssa Casa de Nicolessa. Sijainti oli hyvä ja alue rauhallinen. Uimaranta ja kaupat oli kävelymatkan päässä. Aurinko paistoi uima-altaalle koko päivän. Viestintä majoittajien kanssa oli sujuvaa ja he olivat oikein mukavia. Heiltä sai myös suosituksi ravintoloista ja muista alueen paikoista. This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

De villa is heel ruim! Het was even zoeken naar de vierde slaapkamer, die zit in een bijgebouwtje. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, veel verschillende plekken om te relaxen en voor onze peuter heel veel ruimte om veilig te spelen. De jacuzzi was heerlijk! Vijf minuutjes lopen naar een kleine baai met strand, en nog vijf - tien minuten naar een groter strandje waar de zon langer scheen. Voor ons als Nederlanders was het even wennen aan de strikte regels voor de boiler. Maar dat lukte ook. Lambros was vanaf het eerste contact vriendelijk en hielp ons de eerste dagen met veel geduld om alle apparatuur in te stellen. In het voorseizoen was er in de omgeving nog niet zoveel te doen. Maar daar staat de rust tegenover, voor ons een prima resultaat. En Agia Napia is niet ver weg en daar is alles.
