Situé entre bergerac (ville dˋart et dˋhistoire),et sainte foy la grande en Dordogne ( nouvelle Aquitaine ) . A 2 mn à pied du Chateau de Gageac ,et à 10 mn en vélo du célèbre GOLF de Vigier . A 15 mn en voiture de BERGERAC . Au milieu des vignes ,très belle vue . hébergement rénové avec gout ,piscine au sel ,calme et tranquilité garantie, parfait pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis . Mieux qu'une villa, profitez de notre résidence principale avec toutes ses commodités, piscine, bar, 2 suites parentales, grande pièce à vivre avec salon, salle à manger, cuisine ouverte, 3 salles de bain, terrasse couverte avec four à pizza, plancha, panier de basket, terrain de pétanque partagé, parking, jardin, ruisseau sur la propriété (non clôturé), 2 chambres pour enfants avec jeux et une chatte Brioche à câliner et à nourrir (C est pourquoi aucun autre animal n'est accepté)
