The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi (>200Mbps) , TV, and a study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. La casa è in località malfatano a 1,8 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Tuerredda (tra cui 800 mt di strada sterrata) La casa garantisce privacy e tranquillità. L'immobile è di circa 65 mq con due camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno cucina e bagno. la casa è dotata di condizionatori. All'esterno troviamo un'ampia veranda, un barbecue un forno a legna e campo da tennis. A poca distanza le spiagge di Chia capo spartivento e tutta la costa di Teulada sino a raggiungere le dune Is Arenas Biancas.
