Stan je idealan smeštaj za parove,porodicu ili prijatelje u potrazi za udobnim boravkom u mirnom rustikalnom području, ali u isto vreme samo deset minuta vožnje do Starog grada Kotora. Iz apartmana se pruza predivan pogled na nas zaliv.

Beautiful large luxury waterfront Villa in the most wonderful part of Kotor. It has it's own swimming pool and private beach with sunbeds just for guests. Free transfer from airport to villa and from villa airport is organized. Villa Juliette - Sea, mountain and forest views

Villa Juliette is situated in Lucici Village, an old Fishermans village that has been restored with modern amenities and updated interiors that retains the original character of the old natural stone buildings. Located a short distance from the towns of Herceg Novi as well as Dubrovnik, guests can enjoy the hustle and bustle of nearby beaches, bars and restaurants and then return to the peaceful village and enjoy all this property has to offer, including amazing views of the mountain and bay.

Villa Luna Kotor Montenegro

A rare find right on the beach! Four bedrooms, two full and two half baths, with a stunning rooftop terrace and a gourmet outdoor kitchen. Plenty of parking space directly in front, as well as a private, gated driveway makes this gem even more desirable. The villa is directly on the first line of sea, with a private dock and public beach access. All beaches in Montenegro are public. This incredible 200 year old villa is pure perfection. It is a dream come true vacation home made of stone and wood with amazing sea view that reaches until the islands of Perast .The perfect location ,design ,private sea entrance ,and privacy that is offered to the guests make this villa one of the most desirable luxury villas in the bay and in the country.The price here is for 14 persons and can be set lower depending od the number of persons coming. The lowest price is for 7 persons.
