Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. We have a big garden, where you can enjoy in quite atmosphere and summer breeze.Place is good for couples,solo adventurers,business travelers,and families

My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). I tried to provide you the right picture about our apartment by these pictures :) Just be free to ask whatever you need to know, no strings attached. Welcome!

Sea view studio with big terrace & close to centre

Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

beautiful view

new apartman in stone,minute from sea, My place is quite and homey. It has a great location, just 2 steps from the sea. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available. It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. I'm available at any time and ready to help you with whatever question you might have.

Cozy new apartment with parking

Since 1988 our family have been renting apartments and hosting guests from all over the world. This apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Apartment makes you feel like you are in your own home. Its comfortably fits two people and its located ten minutes from beach. Behind apartment there is small balcony with shade below the lemon tree.

Rent spectacular apartment Budva

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !

This is beautiful apartment with 2 delightful private balconies. Apartment is located in a very quiet part of the city, surronded by the green and just 185m FROM THE BEACH and all activites. There is sandy beach with lots of bars and restaurants!
