We love this place! The whole house is clean and comfy. Owner is friendly and helpful too! Most importantly, they are pet friendly! My dog is also part of our family, it’s happy to bring her around so they won’t feel left out back at home. Thank you Vidson, we will be back again!

From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process a breeze. Chloe the owner was always just a message away, ready to assist with any questions or requests we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. The decor was charming and inviting, creating a warm atmosphere that felt like home. We loved the outdoor space as well, which was perfect for family gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay🥰

1. The House The house exceeded my expectations—it's spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely spotless. I was particularly impressed by the security measures in place. They were modern and sophisticated—unlike anything I've encountered in an Airbnb before. Usually, this level of security is reserved for private companies, not homestays. It’s truly top-notch. If I may suggest, adding a bit more awning at the front would be beneficial, as sometimes guests arrive with more than one car. 2. The Host Chin was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind-hearted. We requested a late checkout of 30-45 minutes due to someone feeling unwell, and he graciously allowed us a few extra hours to get everything sorted. Even after our stay, when we realized we had left some belongings behind, he promptly responded to our messages. Chin is truly an outstanding host. I will definitely be coming back here again!

the only thing is there is no aircond at the living hall. other than that it was all good .

附近就有便利商店和餐馆。停车位也是vvip位子，guard house进去就是了 而且很近block B大门。很适合一家大小，没有特别多的家具 很宽阔的空间。

The house was clean and convenient. The homestay is close to local restaurants and shops. The balcony view is stunning, environment is private, quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He provided helpful local recommendations and ensured that everything was in order during my stay. I highly recommend this homestay to who visiting Kampar. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is the same as the photos display. Worth the price for the place with a big family of 8 pax. The place is cozy and the entertainment provided is cool and syok. The view is so beautiful. The wall in house you can take a photos for ootd too! 🤣

The Best thing about Joey’s unit is it’s located at the ground floor thus easier for the old folks and toddlers to come in.. the balcony is facing the secluded open area so doesn’t jeopardise the privacy.. , joey is kind to let us check in earlier than stated as we happened to arrive early and the traffic is quite bad for us to go anywhere during the hours . She is very responsive eve though it’s cny holiday, a lot of restaurants nearby the quintet with a reasonable price . We may repeat again if come in big family as the unit is suitable for the big group (3 bedrooms with 2 ensuite toilets and 1 toilet outside the room) and big open space for living dining and kitchen.. worth the price ,

the unit was spotless clean! I've been to many homestays but never found one this clean. very satisfied with that. I stayed for work in the area so having the water dispenser and washing machine in the unit were very convenient. food was easy to get too. there's a mamak place and convenience stores just outside the complex. most importantly, it's very secure and peaceful. guards are around 24/7 and neighbours are also very quiet. Highly recommended.
