This apartment is a part of the Sunset Motel located directly across from Lake Pepin in Lake City, MN. The hotel consists of traditional single and double motel rooms, a 3 bedroom house, and 2-3 bedroom condo units. All of the units have shared access to our heated in-ground pool. All rooms have recently been equipped with electronic locks for a seamless check-in process. Located near some of the area's best attractions including public beach access, top restaurants, golf courses, and marinas.

It's just one block from the Marina and Harbor View Cafe, two blocks from the Pickle Factory restaurant, and on the same block as River Time Wine and Beer. Villa Bellezza Winery is just a short drive away, ensuring that all your needs are easily accessible. The air conditioning is now working perfectly.

Raindrop Condo - Private Deck Near Beach

Raindrop Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation condo just a block up from Lake Pepin. Enjoy a relaxing evening in the jacuzzi tub or an afternoon out on the large private deck. The bedrooms offer 1 king bed and 1 queen bed and are dark, restful spaces. The condo is comfortable, modern and relaxing after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block.
