Wow….what a beautiful place. Everyone commented how nice and ‘hygge’ everything felt. We were 3 adults with 4 teens and the place was just perfect. Definitely a perfect 10. We’re already planning a return visit.

This place was the PERFECT getaway! It feels secluded and remote but there are food options within a 10-15 minute drive. Beautiful, spacious, luxury in the country. Would recommend to anyone! Also, Brenda had so many wonderful suggestions and was very responsive.

this A-frame us clean cozy, had greaymt views and is super close to Stockholm Pie, Hop Dish & Vine plus local cute shops.

We enjoyed our five nights at Pepin Marina Retreat. The marina is directly across the street; it was enjoyable to sit on the porch that had a swing and two rocking chairs. The views of the lake and bluffs were aesthetically pleasing. Walkable to restaurants and libations. The Loft apartment was tastefully decorated, with a well-appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable for us. We will return to Marya’s Pepin Marina Retreat, and we hope you will love your time there as much as we did.

A beautiful place to stay! We loved the view of the lake and how close it was to restaurants. We always look for places with a good table to play games with 8-10 people and this was perfect for us. Eric & Sandy were very attentive and mindful of what we may need. Hoping to stay here again sometime in the future!

Kathy and Dave were very hospitable and friendly. We met personally with them and "hit it off" right away. They wanted to make sure that everything was going well for us or if they could do anything more. We'll be back again!! p.s. The trains didn't bother us at all. I lived near a railroad track while growing up so it brought back fond memories!

We enjoyed our stay at Howards place. Located on a quiet street, with the river/lake right outside the backdoor. There was a road than ran between the water and the house, but it was quiet and did not cause distraction from the views. We did not realize the house was actually a duplex, but we could not hear anything from next door. In fact, we did not realize that there were neighbors until we saw them. It felt like you were in a stand alone house. There was a nice sitting area outside and a walkway to get you to the river. We personally had a few issues with the TV, but Howard was quick to rectify the situation, and the problem was solved immediately, leaving gift cards for our inconveniences. The house was clean, organized and every detail for a few day stay was thought of.....all we needed was to bring our own food as the kitchen was stocked with all modern appliances. Overall, we hope to make this our "vacation-get away" spot every fall! (Thank you for a lovely stay!)

We ADORED our stay here! It was the perfect location for a Bachelorette weekend for a dear friend. The home itself was beautiful, cozy, and homey, with everything we needed to make ourselves right at home. Sipping coffee on the front porch, catching the sunset and stargazing on the beach right across the street, wine tasting at Villa Bellezza, exploring nearby Stockholm, and coming back to a home we wished we could stay in forever? It was nothing short of perfect. Thank you Matthew and Amy for making this beautiful home available to us! We made lasting memories that we will cherish forever.
