With half acre of lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and bower birds. A small amount of toiletries & kitchen essentials are provided until you can restock.

Picturesque guesthouse nestled amidst a garden oasis in the Lower Blue Mountains. Our accommodation is comfy and tranquil, promising a peaceful stay. Ideal for overnight stays or as a base for exploring Glenbrook, Springwood, Leura and Katoomba. 10 minute walk to local mini mart, coffee and restaurants. Our spacious cottage is a lovely getaway for 2 looking for a romantic escape or share the experience with friends. Close to Springwood/Winmalee that have shops for your every need. Katoomba and the World Heritage listed national park are only 40mins away. We are surrounded by beautiful gum trees which host an array of birdlife. There are local bush walks to explore or curl up on the lounge and read a book. A glass of wine on the verandah on sunset is always a lovely way to unwind.

Florabella Studio

Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away.

Our beautiful one bedroom cottage is situated on a 1 acre block in a semi rural location. The Little House is located about 50m from our family home, where we live with our 5 children and pet dog. We are located only 5 km from Penrith Whitewater Stadium and 6km from Sydney International Regatta Centre, Nepean Public & Private Hospitals.
