Best view on the Lake! 500' of frontage out on a point. Private boat launch and dock site available. Covered deck to watch the sunset. Outdoor firepit, as well as indoor gas insert. Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

Spend your days hiking the backyard trails (25 acres behind the house!), swimming or paddle boarding on the lake with a private dock (lake is a 2 minute walk down the driveway!), or traveling to near by coastal towns like Bar Harbor (Bucksport was voted #1 small coastal town in USA!). Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. BEAUTIFUL Comfortable Spacious, 4-bedroom, 2-bath House. Close to Restaurants, Katahdin, hiking, Biking & Snowmobile Trails, etc. Excellent Wifi. Cozy for 2, space for many. Large, comfortable property, screened front porch, 2 living rooms. Baxter State park, Rafting, Mountain Biking, XC Skiing right on the doorstep. On Snowmobile & ATV Route. Lots of Repeat Guests. Great for All Seasons. Walk to downtown, 20 mins to Baxter SP, rent canoes on Millinocket Lake, mountain bike at KAT.
