A magical stay in the trees minutes away from the benezette elk center…. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our source of water was designed to collect rain water. With that being said, our water is non potable! Our tree house is custom made by our own wood. (no commercial sources) We used over 10 types of wood in the tree house. Please keep in mind that you are staying in a TREE HOUSE !! Not in a hotel room. The stairs are not design for large individuals.

I&K ranch treehouse

Come hide out 7 miles from Titusville or 20 miles from meadville, listen to the sound of chickens and watch as deer eat from the near by apple trees. Tree house is 40ft X 24ft. Comes with a rock wall, zipline and a rope bridge that holds 200lbs. Also has a small playground available as pictured. Has 15 amp electric service ran for entertainment, lights, and phone charging. Free use of grill and free parking. Slide and zip line are fast, please catch the users at the end.

This treehouse adventure takes the "Glamping" experience to a whole new level…Your treehouse escape is nestled in a private forest, alongside wide creek frontage. This unique experience includes a screened-in area outside heated and air-conditioned sleeping quarters, an indoor composting toilet, and an outdoor shower.
