Peaceful Pines

This smoke free property is located off Sheridan Lake Road and is situated on 9 acres. The private basement accommodation includes two bedrooms, full living room with TV and wood burning fireplace, kitchenette, and a full bathroom with laundry. Remember we are in the country, if a fly/bug sneaks in during your stay and this would ruin your experience, this is not your place. If kicking back and relaxing in the peaceful Black Hills country life is what you're after, you're going to love it here!

Cozy Fourplex Studio in Historic West Boulevard!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cozy studio apartment near historic West Boulevard at the center of Rapid City, close to downtown Rapid, grocery stores and restaurants. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

The Corner House Apt #2 | Historic Downtown Area

Retreat to this upstairs apartment after a day of exploring the Black Hills! This charming brick home was built in 1923 and is in a quiet historic neighborhood. This sunny apartment has a private entrance, open kitchen and living room layout with two bedrooms and a full sofa sleeper that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two blocks from the YMCA and walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. *Please note, if you're uncomfortable going up a set of stairs this unit isn't for you.

Lovely Basement Apartment, 1 Bdrm, private entry

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for 4 ppl with private entry, 1000 sq ft cozy basement apartment w/ 1 bdrm. Discount for traveling nurses Oct-May, 1/2 hour to Mt Rushmore, Keystone, 40 min. to Sturgis and Hill City. 1 hour to Badlands. Minutes to downtown. Kitchen and Livingroom, full bath Lg Bdrm, Coffee bar, 2 lg Roku Tv's. Cleaning up after yourselves is expected, such as cleaning the oven and stove and washing your own dishes. Washer & dryer for 2 or more nights.

Western-Style apartment with off-street parking

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Black Hills Cabin Canyon Suite

Copper Canyon Lodge is a 5k sq ft mountainside lodge nestled on 20 acres in the Black Hills. The Canyon Suite is the entire lower level of the lodge & sleeps 6. Private entry, kitchenette, full bath, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a double) and an extra queen behind the TV sitting area. Satellite TV and wifi are included. Box Elder Creek runs through the property, bring your poles if you like to fish! 🐟 Swing set, playhouse and sandbox on site for the kids. 😊

Black Hills Getaway

Rest and recharge at your Black Hills get away in this newly finished apartment. Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. Kick back at the end of your night by trying out the retro arcade game or watching a movie accompanied by your own bucket of popcorn from the popcorn maker and supplies provided. All of this is centrally located within driving distance to all the sites and attractions!

Charming 1 bedroom apartment in 1880s home

Charming 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a beautiful, restored 1880s historic home. Lots of historic charm left in place to enjoy. Nine foot ceilings, 5 & 6 foot high windows, original doors and trim and more. 1 mile or less to downtown Rapid City, restaurants, shopping, The Monument Civic Center, 11 mile paved bike path on the Rapid Creek, Hanson-Larson park with 20 miles of hiking / mountain biking trails, playgrounds, parks and so more. Convenient off-street parking.

Stay in the Heart of Deadwood at the Jordan's!

This home, is on Deadwoods Historic Registery and located on Historic Main Street, just a couple blocks from the action! Features include a full kitchen, full bath, queen sized bed, laundry facilities, and a nice front deck. There is high speed wifi and a 40" Roku capable TV. Parking is in a private lot. We think you will love coming back to this cozy home and quiet neighborhood after enjoying all Deadwood and the Black Hills have to offer!

Luxury Studio w KIT DT RC 30 mins fm Mt. Rushmore

Located in the heart of downtown, less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and the Rapid City Bike path. This luxurious Studio is set up with a king size bed, kitchen and dining area with a private entrance directly to the outside. Convenient Location and direct access to all the intersections that will take you to Mount Rushmore, Black Hills, Spearfish, Deadwood or anywhere else you may be interested in visiting.

A quite place in the heart of Rapid City! Your own designated covered parking spot right outside the door, walking distance to everything you need. Washer and dryer in the apartment, fully equipped kitchen, your own WiFi network and smart TV. A great place for a night, or all the comforts of home if you want to stay a month or two! Furniture is all new and the sleeper sofa has a foam mattress (it's actually comfortable.)
