Mid-century vibe garden studio in Suburbs

Compact, mid-century decor self-contained studio. Our home is in a residential area of the city. NOT in the city centre. Complimentary tea, coffee and simple breakfast food provided. Bus stop beside the house with regular service; one bus, into Princes St in 25-35 mins. We have a small driveway for you to use. We are 2 mins from the by-pass and are 15 min from Airport by taxi. Waters of Leith and Pentlands are close by. The Historic Colinton Village is 10 minutes walk down the hill.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Lovely little house in Yarrowford - Yarrow Valley

9 Yarrowford is a charming apartment situated in the secluded village of Yarrowford in the Yarrow Valley, six miles west of Selkirk. The property has just been fully refurbished with 2 double bedrooms, luxurious bathroom and kitchen also featuring a large sitting room with cosy log burner and central heating. The sitting room has a large sofabed allowing 6 guests to occupy the property comfortably. There is a front and back garden with lovely countryside views.

The Wee Trail House, Peebles & Glentress

The Wee Trail House is next-door to the main Trail House and was recently renovated to a high standard. The decor is warm, clean and relaxing throughout. A new kitchen was installed as well as a fresh modern bathroom. There are two bedrooms with king size zip and link beds which can be set up as double or twin rooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is very sociable and the coffee table easily converts into a small or large dining table.

Heart of the Scottish Borders a hide away bungalow, spacious open plan living room and separate double bedroom and bathroom in an elevated position, far reaching views, no traffic, light and well insulated with lovely walks, ten miles from station to Edinburgh (1 hour). Nearest pub and cafe within 1 mile. Shops in Selkirk 5 Miles, Others in Hawick, Melrose, Galshiels, Jedburgh and Kelso Lots to see and do. Good for stars on clear nights.

Cosy studio on banks of River Tweed

Comfortable open plan kitchen/studio flat close to town and river walks. Large king size double bed , furnished kitchen with all mod cons, Bathroom, shower, smart tv and wifi. Ideal for exploring Borders or Edinburgh. On street parking, bicycle storage available. Animal friendly. Lots of nice places nearby to visit, countryside to explore, biking trails, great local shops, cafes and a good variety of restaurants.

An Historic Gatehouse on the River Teviot

Perhaps the most ideal holiday cottage in the whole of the Scottish Borders. Situated in a perfect location with one foot close to the hustle and bustle of the heritage town of Hawick and the other with unbridled access to the beautiful Wilton Lodge Park. Entrance Lodge overlooks the Teviot river, with steps right outside the front door to the water's edge where little ones can go feed the ducks.

Remote Forest Hideaway *Great Walking/Cycling*

Meadshaw farmhouse apartment is located a short drive up a good forest track. Plenty of parking, secluded walks from the door, peaceful, starry skies, views across the valley toward hills and river, secluded wild swimming a short stroll from your accommodation, and a log stove to relax in front of. Private entrance, lovely enclosed garden. Sorry no dogs except assistance dogs.

This 2 bedroom apartment built around 1900 has a warm cosy feel to it really nice to relax in all on the ground floor ideal for kids with a secure patio to the rear which gets the sun all day long (if we get any) great for barbques or just a quiet drink . Also there is secure bike storage and outside hose for cleaning . There is also off road parking for 2 cars or vans.

Beautiful apartment in historic centre

Our lovely apartment nestles right at the foot of Edinburgh Castle, down a little atmospheric cobbled lane just beside the Grassmarket, which is in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town. In mediaeval times the lane was part of the stables area for the King of Scotland's horses.
