Clean quiet updated 2 bdrm golf villa PGA National

Completely renovated second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath golf villa overlooking the 2nd hole of the championship golf course. Remodeled in a modern rustic style, this condo is sure to impress! Relax in peace and tranquility while enjoying the best of what the Palm Beach Gardens area has to offer. Charming Beach House with Pool! Great location!

Stroll or bike to beautiful beach and Atlantic Avenue! Please contact me for bookings and availability for short term rentals with a 3 night minimum. 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds, 1.5 baths plus outdoor shower. Cable TV and wifi, new linens, pots and pans and appliances. Large outdoor entertainment space with pool, waterfall, gas grill, tropical landscape! A true gem! I also add a pet fee of $150 per pet. We offer instant booking up to one year in advance of your stay.

Hip, spotless two-room flat plus large bathroom and little private garden. Sunbathe, swim in lush, tropical garden. I’ll heat up the spa for you during your stay. Beautiful neighborhood near water. Walk along intracoastal waterway a block from home. Short drive to PBIA, shopping, beaches. Ten minute drive to downtown. Peaceful south-end location attached to lovely home with own entrance. Nicely appointed--relaxed. 6% Palm Beach County Short-term tax included.

Since 2020, we've earned 102 guest reviews; 101 were 5-Stars, and the solidtary 4* review remarked about too much light, so we installed blackout curtains. We''re ready to earn your 5* Review! The apartment offers comfort in three separate rooms, plus a new bathroom. Includes eat-in full kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with balcony. Includes unlimited and safe free parking. Dogs are welcome, but require $75 non-refundable pet fee.
