Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.

This is a light filled, one bedroom apartment with a comfortable Queen sized bed. There is also a sofa bed with a proper mattress which can sleep 2 people in the lounge room. We can also supply an extra single mattress if required, in place of the couch. You have your own private entry and off street parking, a modern ensuite bathroom & kitchenette.
