Sehr geehrte Interessenten, Ich lege sehr viel Wert auf ein gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis für die Mieter & dass es für beide Seiten fair bleibt. Sie erwartet eine voll automatisierte Villa mit Whirlpool und Heimkino auf ca. 230qm Wohnfläche sowie 90qm weiterer Nutzfläche (Garage+Dachterrasse) Es handelt sich um eine private Vermietung mit Mehrwertsteuerrechnung. Chalupa Lenora

Chalupa je vhodná jak pro lidi hledající pohyb, tak pro pohodáře toužící po klidu a soukromý. Kousek za chalupou začíná les, přes ulici teče řeka vltava. Půjčovana lodí Inge je vzdálená jen pár stovek metrů. Cyklotrasa je přímo před barákem. Koupání na Lipně si můžete užít za 30min autem. Stejně tak si můžete vyšlápnout na nejvyšší horu Šumavy - Plechý. Na výchozí body se dostanete taktéž do 30min. V zimě je možnost několika lyžažských areálů. Areál Lipno, Horní Vltavice nebo krásný Mitterdorf.
