beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. More importantly the people who work there and the guests who stay there are friendly and very enjoyable to be around Thanks again Stormie Mike and Connie Luciantonio

We had a wonderful stay at this place and it was perfect for our family! It was bigger than we even expected and had everything you could need for your stay or a beach day! The location is also great because it was right down the road from great restaurants and a nice beach! Outback the deck was beautiful to sit out on in the evenings and we enjoy watching the ducks and fish jumping out of the water! James was a wonderful host and responded very quickly if we had questions! We will definitely book again if in the area!

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with plenty of room to stretch out whether you’re just a couple with a dog or a fairly large family this place will not disappoint. Plenty of covered outdoor area fenced in yard for your pup and the waterfront property with a dock is fantastic to sit on for watching the sunset or fishing. Plenty of watercraft to choose from and every item you may have forgotten that home like fishing poles, fishing, nets, etc. there is a nice little mother-in-law style living quarters at ground level that would be great for people who cannot navigate stairs and need a little extra privacy from the family. Host and hostess are very responsive very friendly and quickly take care of any issues although we had none during our stay. We will definitely be back again and possibly bring the grandchildren next time..

We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

The inside is clean, tastefully decorated, updated with all of the modern comforts and flows perfectly. We found the home easy to settle into and the beds provided a great night's sleep. Our host was friendly, informative and thorough. He made himself available to us if needed. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Both check-in and out were made very easy. Thank you for allowing us to visit your home. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here.. the place is adorable. Pool right across the street and one on main road is great for kids. House was clean and hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again

We had a great stay here! The pool temperature was perfect and relaxing. We felt right at home and would recommend staying here. Claudia was prompt and responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

The hosts were fantastic—so helpful and accommodating! They made it easy for us to extend our stay at the last minute, which made a big difference for us. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, something I always appreciate. The location is great..just a short walk to the lagoon and only about a 17-minute drive to a variety of dining options(we did a wine bar to celebrate my husbands bday). We highly recommend Macondo Colombian Coffee, just 10 minutes away..absolutely delicious!

Beautiful and clean rental! Great views of the canal! We used the kayaks and sat out at sunset and sunrise. We walked to dinner, which was convenient. The hosts were kind and accommodating. It is also very dog friendly, which is always a plus! Highly recommend!

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,
