Above the Gulf House: Spectacular Ocean View!

Surrounded by the forest the house is set off the ground and has huge windows to give it spectacular views of the forest canopy and Nicoya Gulf. The large rooms and Queen size beds provide comfort, all the essentials plus more are provided. Located close to town but extremely private it is ideal as a base to enjoy all of Monteverdes attractions and is an attraction in itself that provides the peace to rest after a full day of activities. Close by restaurants and markets are very convenient.

Monteverde Casa Mia, near main attractions & town.

Monteverde Casa Mia - Our home is located 5 minutes away from Santa Elena, Monteverde, in a property surrounded by forests. Ideal spot for birdwatching. Main attractions, restaurants and coffee shops just minutes away. On the first floor, we have the living room and kitchen areas with large windows overseeing the spectacular mountains. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private bathroom, and an outside deck. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and access to property hiking trails.

Friendship House - Large 2 Bedroom Villa

This is a gem of a new home. It features nearly 20 acres of private volcano and valley views with nature trails, a raised lookout platform, and your own private labyrinth. Monkeys, toucans, sloths and many other creatures abound in this very private yet conveniently located property near the Rio Celeste and close to town. The photos shown are taken from the property. This home is super convenient to many activities - and now it has fast fiber optic internet/wifi and air conditioning.

This single family home and magical place is nestled in an idyllic setting, with soothing views of the Tilaran mountains, lake Arenal & Arenal Volcano. Costarican coffee provided and a fruit basket!! Breakfast voucher to a nearby restaurant is provided for the first morning, up to 4 guests when staying 2+ nights. Neighboring towns are: Tilaran, Aguacate, & Nuevo Arenal. You can visit El Tenorio & Arenal volcanos, zip lining, hot springs, cloud forest, Rio Celeste, and beaches.

Cloud Forest Villa - Prime Monteverde Location

This is a beautiful, historic house in a twenty acre private cloud forest preserve in the heart of Monteverde. With abundant natural light, french doors, and elegant finishings, this is truly one of the best properties in the area. You will have a large bedroom with bathroom, a large kitchen, living room and an expansive 70m2 terrace. All with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Nicoya Peninsula. Extremely quiet and private, yet minutes away from main attractions.

Honeymoon Suite with Gulf and Mountain View!

The property is close to the town of Santa Elena, about 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes in a vehicle(A car is recommended). Also The Famous Monteverde Cloud forest and most of the tours are located 10 to 20 minutes away. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, Great for Couples! It has 1 bedroom with King size bed. The home is in the middle of a lush 5+ acre property, which ensures absolute privacy and tranquility. ls an unforgettable place to stay with a Majestic View.

Colorado Guesthouse - Sundeck + Jacuzzi

Most centric location in the heart of Monteverde, only 300 meters (3 blocks) (5 min walk) from the town of Santa Elena where you can find the commercial center, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, Bank, Bars and supermarkets. The house has a beautiful balcony with forest, creek and sunset views. Exuberant flora and fauna where you may observe, monkeys, coatis, agoutis and birds among others. Only a 10 minute drive to the monteverde reserve, ziplines and hanging bridges parks.

Casa Tortuga- Close to Hot Springs!

Our beautiful house is on a quiet, paved street. A large outdoor dining space, a small stream, tropical birds, and tall trees. Two private bedrooms have queen beds; a spiral staircase leads to a large, OPEN, loft (3rd bdrm) with two NEW twin beds (sleeps total of 6), and air mattress (sleeps 1), if needed. Perfect for families! An en-suite bathroom is in the master bedroom with a NEW queen bed!! Fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy!

Breathtaking views from Casa Gisela

Welcome to Casa Gisela! A private and secure home sitting in the hills overlooking Lake Arenal. Enjoy breathtaking views of sunsets across the lake, while enjoying the covered back terrace, the 180 degree panoramic views from the dining room and the 3 spacious bedrooms. This house was the architect and builders’ house who built this ‘Las Flores’ gated community.
