Cottage@45A is situated on a pretty plane-tree framed road in Parktown North. You will be warmly welcomed to this fully-furnished, self-contained unit with its three rooms , separate entrance and private living area. Parktown Quarter shopping centre is an easy walk around the corner where you can grab a cappuccino, shop at the Woolworths Food, or have a vibey dinner at one of several top-rated restaurants. The cottage is close to the Rosebank Mall and Rosebank Gautrain station. ( 1.5 -2 KM)

A beautiful contemporary studio space with views over the urban forest and a private balcony. There is a kitchenette with fridge, induction hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic utensils. The room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and comes with covered secure parking. It is situated in the trendy suburb of Parkhurst and is within walking distance of the lively 4th Avenue with numerous restaurants and cafes. It is 3km from the Rosebank Gautrain Station which links to Sandton.

Quiet Garden Studio close to Rosebank

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Beautiful ivy covered double storey cottage set in a charming,romantic garden. Very bright , well appointed, stylish and peaceful. The bedroom and work area are accessed by one flight of stairs to a comfortable and light filled loft -like space , while below is a spacious seating area and modern bathroom with a pebble mosaic rain shower . Both mezzanine and ground floor look out on to a tranquil, bird - filled garden. Only 1 block from bustling 4th avenue Parkhurst, yet extremely quiet.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure.
