House has everything we needed for large group.

Exactly what my husband and I needed! Thank you so much. We will for sure be returning to this property as we loved it.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This was our first time in Breckenridge and Taylor’s place was the perfect spot for our visit. It was clean, well stocked with everything you needed and a wonderful location. We walked right to peak 9 to ski and walked to lots of different restaurants for our meals. One night we ate in and had everything we needed at the place to do so. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Taylor was proactive and very responsive. We will be back to stay.

We had such a relaxing retreat from our busy schedules at this house. We stayed 5 nights, and didn’t want to leave. The time went by so fast. The residence is so private and quiet. It reminded me of visiting my grandma’s house in Florida, only with gigantic mountains. The geothermal heat of the earth keeps the pool, clear water fish ponds, natural hot tub, and house warm and cozy. We went in the pool when it was snowing, and weren’t at all cold. The wildlife here was a treat. Bright blue jays and deer visiting the yard most of the time. The house was decorated in vintage trinkets that were fascinating. The nearby towns also had a vintage, wild west feel to them. The owners live 5 minutes away, and are very responsive. The appliances are all new, and work really well. We left so happy, and are grateful for the unique experience of visiting. We’re already making plans to go back as soon as we can.

Jesse's spot was top notch. Place was kept in pristine condition, was well-stocked with tons of linens and bedding (extra pillows, blankets, etc.), kitchen utensils, etc. Easy walk to Peak 9 and Snowflake Lift, right outside the Yellow/Brown (and Gray in spring) lines for the Breck Free Ride bus. About a 10-12 minute walk to downtown or a 2 minute drive (including Gondola). Finishes are high-end, this was a premium spot in terms of townhouses in Breck. Overall, Jesse was an excellent host and was incredibly responsive to my questions / inquiries (and also very proactive as we were getting checked in). Would highly recommend!

The host was great. We had an issue w/ the fireplace that we didn't understand how to work & they sent a repair man to our place within 30 mins or less!!! We enjoyed our stay & loved the underground garage. It snowed for 2 days & we did not have to scrap any snow!!!! Thank you & we hope to stay at another one of yalls properties when we come back w/ our whole family!!!!!

Amazing location! We walked to everything - our ski rental place (Carvers and Christy's!) and every restaurant reservation. We also walked directly to the gondola that took us to peak 8, which can connect to peak 7 and 9. Anita was responsive about check in and was kind enough to let us check out late. The home was warm and stocked with coffee, too. I will definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

The house offers ample space and is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. It’s an ideal spot for families or groups looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The host is incredibly accommodating, responsive to inquiries, and provides clear instructions. One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

We left yesterday after a full week there and had a great time. Jack and Jerrod couldn't have been more helpful. The home is spacious and we loved having 5 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds where my older grandkids stayed and they loved it because they had their privacy too. All the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so we didn't even have to bring any of it. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, spices and cleaning supplies and paper towels that lasted us the whole week! Every day we'd take our smaller grandkids for a walk and they loved it. The hot tub was a great thing to have after coming home from skiing and even the smaller kids loved it. It's not too far from the ski slopes, and we also went tubing and sledding which everyone enjoyed and it wasn't too far either. If we ever decide to go skiing to Breckenridge again, we will definitely try to stay there. Thanks Jack & Jerrod!

We absolutely loved this property! It’s perfect for a multi-family mountain getaway, offering plenty of space and comfort. The layout was ideal, with bedrooms on all three floors and multiple seating areas for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the two dining areas made mealtime easy and enjoyable. The kids had a blast with the basement games and outdoor hot tub. The scenery was stunning, and the cozy, mountain-inspired decor made it feel like a true retreat. We’d love to stay here again!

We had an amazing spring break with our family. The ski house was beautiful, peaceful, and just as pictured, with all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. A vehicle suited for snow is essential, as the house is accessed via a nearly mile-long unpaved road that winds uphill. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, though we did notice that the fireplaces didn’t project a large flame. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to be aware of. We also had a minor problem with the garage lock, but the management team responded within minutes with a temporary fix, and the door was fully repaired within a day—something we truly appreciated.

This has been one of our favorite stays in Breckenridge. We highly recommend a stay here with family.

This place was amazing! There were twelve of us, all adults. The beds were all wonderful, as was the bedding and pillows. We had two chefs in out group and cooked a lot. They felt the the kitchen was a dream! Wonderful cook wear and all the tools and utensils we needed. There was plenty of space for all to feel comfortable, not crowded together. The house was spotlessly clean. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels for the hot tub, yet the hot tub was wonderful. So great to sit out in it as the snow fell! This group of friends gets together once a year, over the past 8 years, We had some great houses, but we all felt this one was the best! Thanks Hayley!

Carrie’s place was great. It had everything we needed and more! It had beautiful panoramic views and was very relaxing. We enjoyed watching the deer from the front and back windows! We’d definitely stay at Carrie’s place again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The shuttle to the mountain and the hot tub were great features.

A lovely home in downtown Breckenridge with all you need for a large group. Amazing eclectic decor and cool layout, plus a block away from the shuttle to the gondola for easy skiing!

The place was spotless and we really enjoyed the space , the outside and closeness of Buena Vista. The garage space is great for games and ski gear. The hot tub a pleasure , the kitchen fully equipped and the beds comfortable. We felt part of the family and would love to stay again.

This is a great semi secluded private place. A herd of deer came by every morning and hung out in the yard. At night the stars were beautiful to see as we enjoyed the hot tub. This is a great place to stay while visiting Buena Vista and enjoying the town, mountain hikes, and the surrounding hot springs. We definitely would enjoy staying there again. Thanks Sheldon!

Pasquale’s place was the perfect mountain getaway. The whole experience was incredible - the house was super clean, the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you would need, super comfortable beds, and the surrounding property was gorgeous. We even saw several deer families in the yard throughout our stay. The private hot tub was enjoyed by all and loved the frisby golf course! We also liked that the house is only 5 minutes from downtown Bailey and Aspen Peak Cellars is definitely worth checking out. For anyone looking for a fun mountain getaway, Pasquale’s house is highly recommended! We will definitely be coming back to this amazing house. Thanks Pasquale for the incredible experience!

Omri’s place was perfect for our two families with young children. It had enough space we could all spread out, a well stocked kitchen, nice linens and towels, and a great location with beautiful views of the mountain. He was extremely responsive with any question we had. We will likely look to book the house again next year!

We loved this place. Very nice and quiet weekend getaway, beautiful surroundings and lots of nature. The home is beautiful, and we loved the hot tub. We also loved how it is dog friendly. I do think the pricing is very similar to Vail and Breckenridge Airbnbs, but without being walking distance into a ski town. Colorado is getting so expensive. Overall we had a wonderful, quiet, and peaceful time with our stay and would recommend to others who want to explore Buena Vista.
