This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

Tricia’s place was incredible and she is such a lovely person! The house is very close to downtown and easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and a short drive (or walk) to the gondola. Views are amazing and the house is gorgeous!

Our stay in Buena Vista was fantastic. Corey was great to work with and was super accommodating. His place exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back!

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

Perfect location! Comfortable space within walking distance from everything we wanted and needed to do—coffee shops, restaurants, the river, parks, a bookstore, and more. Would definitely return.

The backyard was amazing!! We even got to see a moose! David was a responsive host. It was exactly the type of getaway I needed!

Our stay at the Chesnut Charmer in BV was wonderful. It was so clean and cozy, perfect for our family of 4. Our host Jonathan was amazing to chat with, everything was very smooth and clearly communicated. We loved the location to Main Street too. We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Rae is an extremely responsive host. Extremely easy to communicate with. The house is cozy and easy to walk downtown (it is uphill on the way back). The basement was relatively cold; however, there were space heaters in the closets. Also, found a railing in the closet to use as a barrier to the top bunk if you have a kid up top and are worries they may roll off. Deck and hot tub were fantastic. It seems like Rae has done a nice job with a lot of small, meaningful touches like towels for the hot tub and an extra fridge.

We've stayed in many rentals over the years and this one is just perfect! It's a basement unit but windows let in light--I also think it was quieter being on base floor. We stayed during a very quiet time--not busy , no one staying in the upper units. BV is an awesome town and this unit is located in the new/upcoming area of South Main, VERY easy stroll to the ever beautiful Arkansas River , Surf Hotel (great dinner) and Eddyline Brewery. You can also easily walk to the 'OG' Main Street for more restaurant choices (Simple Eatery is so good!). The unit was exceptionally clean, kitchen well-stocked (with nicely upgraded dish/cookware), great shower am comfy bed. I highly recommend staying at the Alpine Den :)

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

Scott’s home has such gorgeous mountain views and was a perfect spot for a cozy and relaxing evening after skiing. The living room overlooking the mountain during a snowstorm was absolutely serene. Thank you again, Scott!

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.

We had an unforgettable honeymoon stay at David and Lauren's Airbnb in Breckenridge Park! The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the charming town. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean, making it the perfect retreat for our special occasion. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, which added to our overall enjoyment. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our love—highly recommend!

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could’ve thought we needed. Clean, nice, and in the middle of everything to visit.

Unique home in a great location. The house is decorated beautifully and you get a private hot tub. Super spacious as well with several “guest houses” on the property. Like other reviews point out, the place definitely needs some updating. No one in our party loved the showers (small, no water pressure, difficult to set temp) and the beds were spring mattresses, so not the most comfortable. For those reasons, i feel the place was a bit over priced for our short stay, but all-in-all, we had a great time. The owner/point of contact seemed very friendly and was responsive when we reached out. We would consider staying again!

This was an amazing updated townhome, with everything we could have needed. In addition the location was great - close to restaurants, shopping and skiing. They were great with making special accommodations for our needs. Thanks so much !

Beautiful place with breathtaking views! Plenty of space

This place was perfection! From the moment you pulled up the driveway and see the view, it takes your breath away. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had our daughter’s birthday party here and everyone that stayed loved it. The deck was a perfect hang out spot for grilling and socializing. The hot tub, sauna, and game room were all a hit. Warren was very responsive and made sure it was a comfortable stay for all of us. We will for sure be back next year :)
